Texas Corral- Highland

It was okay. Service was pretty slow. there was not a lot of people in the restaurant just a couple others. Had the texas salad and blooming onion, it was very good.I like the chopped up tomatoes. If you get a SIDE salad ask for your dressing on the side because they'll put a big blob of it right on top. Kinda gross. My husband's burger was just ok, same for his dad. Nothing special. Not sure I'd come back. Only if someone wants to meet.

I always arrive grabbing some food in this place. I like the fast service and well made food. Never disappointing.

The past 3 times we've gone here, our server Patti, was absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, and very friendly. We look for her every time we go and request her. The service is wonderful, and always seems to be up to par. We love going here!

Never disappointed at this location steak was like butter!

The bread and butter and peanuts were awesome. Had to send steak back for more cooking but other than that it was all good.

Normally this is a good restaurant to eat if you're a steak lover. On this particular night i took my pregnant daughter to get a steak because we were both hungry and she was craving one. Lol I ordered the full slab of BBQ ribs, they were awesome and fall off the bone tender. She on the other hand ordered a T-bone steak well done, sorry steak lovers but that was her choice, with loaded baked potato. Both our potatoes came out perfect, her steak on the other hand didn't. It was still medium rare. We send it back, the wonderful waitress apologizing the whole time. The second time it came back it was still pink in over half the steak. She was upset. The manager compt her meal. It was nice of them to do that but my poor pregnant daughter still didn't get her steak dinner she wanted. But on the bright side, our waitress was phenomenal and very apologetic about the whole situation. Hopefully next time the steaks come out perfect.

The food is delicious everytime i come here. Not to mention how nice the staff members are. I always get nervous when there's a pile of peanut shells on the floor and people walk on it. Surprisingly none of the waiters or waitresses dropped a tray of food while walking on all the shells on the floor. Great atmosphere, drinks and food! I will be returning again.

The warm bread w/cinnamon butter is phenomenal! Great service, great food, casual atmosphere!

Awesome dinner! Service needs a little improvement

The food and service was amazing. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because everything came out pretty quickly and I felt slightly rushed through my meal. But the waitress was very sweet, yet it was also a bit confusing because she barely brought any food of ours, it was all brought out by different people, so tipping was also a little weird. I dont know many other places that serve like that, and thus makes the whole situation odd when trying to figure out who to tip, how much to tip, and similar questions. I am too use to my order taker being the person to bring the good, not someone else, and then have my order taker come by later to ask if everything is made correctly and to my satisfaction. But again, the food was great, the staff were all pleasant, and I had a good meal!

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is flavorable and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a pleasant time. warmly recommended.

Very good place to eat but was the only restaurant during my month stay in town that wouldn't take my work gift card. Had to pay for my own meal on my own account!

A replica of Texas Roadhouse. Same experience minus some of the price. Loved the light switches on the booth. 1 Ready to order2 need something3 ready to pay

Rolls are the best. Good chicken and dumpling soup and delicious ribs and filet mignon.

The food is always good. Tuesday is kids eat for 1.00 with paying adult. The waitress was very nice and made us very comfortable!!

Not a fan how coral over years treats there servers ... They think up more ways to make them less money and more work... Texas coral thinks there helping guests experience .. adding lights to tables for dog whistling ur server .. multiple different people interacting with my table more annoying then anything ..

Food was good and came out fast. Our server Patti was the best! Always checking on us if we needed anything. Even the manager came and checked on us!

We wanted steak so we decided to try theirs. We both had the same cut. It was served with an aujus. It was tender enough and a decent portion. There are many sides to choose from I had a salad with a extremely strong garlic dressing and a baked sweet potato. Both were generous sized, in fact, I couldn't eat all of the salad. Plenty of hot rolls were brought to the table as my partner had soup and dunked his rolls into it. He loved the creamy soup and said his side of mashed potatoes were real potatoes. All in all, good value for the money. We spent around $50.00.

The food is great, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. The motif is of a Texas Country Style. The restaurant is divided into atleast three areas, a bar room area, dining room area and a gaming room area! I didn't really visit the bar area, as I was greeted and quickly seated by the staff! The food I ordered, was cooked the way I liked it, and arrived hot! The meal was very filling. Overall, this is a good place to socialize, and meet new and old friends. In the dining area, there are plenty of dining booths that offer family intimacy. The restaurant is ADA compliant, except for gaining entry and exiting the front door. However, there is staff nearby the front door to assist you with entry and exiting the building if needed. (After all, this isn't a hospital or shopping center.) There is ample space for persons with mobility issues to maneuver in and out their respective table areas.

Very good restaurant. Reminds me a lot of a very similarly named chain. In fact, Texas Corral has better food, and the wait staff always seems much friendlier.

Overall it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, my server Carina was attentive, conversational, helpful, and genuine, and the food was great. To be honest, the ribs and chili were just okay, but the roasted chicken, broccoli, and baked potato were incredible.

Love this place.. eat there at least twice a week. The service is great. The waitresses are super friendly especially Cindy and Patty. It's my kitchen away from home. The food is always fresh and tasty. The prices are reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great..

Everything was delicious and came very timely to our table.

The Manager Brian and our AWESOME SERVER TIFFANY were very helpful and accommodating. Tiffany was so helpful and courteous and nice. She made sure we had everything we needed. The transactions were handled smoothly for our large party and we had a great time.
